Bereavement Support
Pregnancy loss is hard. No matter what gestation you were at, it’s never easy to hear the words, “I’m sorry, but there’s no heartbeat.”
As a loss mom, myself, I understand the grief, depression, anxiety, etc that comes with loss. And I know how incredibly important it is to have support. Sadly, it can be so, so hard to find that support. So that’s what I’m here for.

Virtual Bereavement Doula
If you have been given a fatal diagnosis, or been told your baby has passed away, I am so sorry. My heart hurts with and for you. As your bereavement doula, my goal is to help you honor your baby throughout the rest of your pregnancy and through the labor and birth of your little one. Prenatally, I can help you prepare for what is to come in a gentle, yet straightforward way. And during the birth, I support you with all the tools in my doula bag.
Let’s “get coffee together” virtually, and see if we can make a plan for your birth. You’re not alone, and there is support here for you.
Support during the birth of a baby in a bereavement setting is always free of charge.
