I have a lot of knowledge. As your doula, I share that knowledge with you without bias, to help give you the information needed to make evidence-based, informed choices for yourself and your baby during pregnancy and birth

Pregnancy after loss and/or infertility is full of anxiety and fear. As your doula, a big part of what I do is help you talk through anxieties, so you can approach pregnancy with joy and excitement. During labor and birth, I help you partner to know what to say and do to be able to support you well.

This is the aspect of doula support that can be a bit more difficult virtually. During your pregnancy, I spend time with you and your partner, teaching both of you comfort measures and techniques to help keep you comfortable during pregnancy and labor, and to keep labor moving when it’s time to bring your baby into the world.

If you have been given a fatal diagnosis, or been told your baby has passed away, I am so sorry. My heart hurts with and for you. As your bereavement doula, my goal is to help you honor your baby throughout the rest of your pregnancy and through the labor and birth of your little one. Prenatally, I can help you prepare for what is to come in a gentle, yet straightforward way. And during the birth, I support you with all the tools in my doula bag. Bereavement support is always free of charge.
